Koo Ming Wah [古明华] as So Gei (Gay) [苏基]


Koo Ming Wah's performance as So Gei is really awesome! He makes So Gei so loveable! :P Love the little nuances he adds to make So Gei realistic (活生生)! Not OTT but never too subtle to be missed! :D I'm happy that he's finally made it! :)

Natalie Tong [唐诗咏] as Yu Ching/Hung Ying [余晴/红缨] - Will this happy-go-lucky girl end up in the strictly-regulated palace? Will the Crown Prince/Chiu Kwai Sing (太子/赵贵诚) give her the title of Crown Princess or a concubine?


Wayne Lai [黎耀祥] as Yu Jing [余靖] - Ever the deep thinker, what revenge is he plotting on Tung Chiu [董昭]? Will he succeed? At what cost?

I'm so tempted to know the ending! Yesterday's episode was so suspenseful! Too bad Sam Leung [三娘] had to die. :( But I guess it's necessary for there to be a change in Yu Jing's mindset and actions. Wonder if Yu Ching/Hung Ying is really pregnant with Kwai Sing's child? :)
